The crisis in families having cross-border elements. Litigation proceedings and alternative dispute resolution, EJNita-Building Bridges project
The course, which is the first in a series of thematic in-depth studies on judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters to be carried out in 2021, is part of the project EJNita-Building Bridges, co-funded by the European Union and led by the Italian Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the Italian School for the Judiciary, the Italian National Council of Notaries, the University of Ferrara and the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan.
The course deals with issues related to family crises with thematic reports and working groups with elements of internationality, with particular attention to litigation proceedings and alternative dispute resolution tools. The course is also an opportunity to illustrate the Aldricus portal in its function as an aid to operators to identify and easily find the relevant regulatory tools and thematic insights useful for the best management of concrete cases.
